Online Home Store Returns
If you would like to return an order that you have made through our Bridget Beari Home Store website, please email us at info@bridgetbeari.com to arrange your refund.
Items must be received with receipt within 15 days of the purchase date.
Refunds will be returned to customer via their original method of payment. For example, if you have charged the item(s), the refund will be applied to the card used.
Items must be in “like new” condition. Damaged items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Fabric items with dirt or stains cannot be returned for any reason.
Please note that sale items, paint, wallpaper, gift cards and special-order items are not returnable.
Our paints and wallpapers are custom made to order and therefore non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Responsibility For Returning Items by Mail to Home Store
Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns. Additionally, items can only be returned if they are in perfect condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item which is not in the as-purchased condition.
We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us. We therefore recommend that you purchase insurance and get proof of postage or a tracking number to follow your parcel.
In-Store Returns

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers: gift vouchers and e-vouchers are non-refundable.
Bridget Beari® Colors
Our paint is custom mixed to order and therefore non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We advise you try a sample first. We offer sample pots and fan decks for purchase as well as complimentary color cards.
Fan decks are refundable within 10 days if received in new, original condition.
Bridget Beari® Papers
Bridget Beari wallpapers are custom made to order and therefore non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The first five samples are free. Additional samples are $1.00 each.
